The Person Behind the Practice
This work is personal.
Here is why.
I love connecting with people. Whether that is hosting friends, spending time with family, traveling, golfing, or just catching up over cocktails. Relationships and experiences are a big part of what energize me.
My path hasn't been linear and has included burnout, major career changes, and redefining life after divorce. I also had the unique experience of working as a professional matchmaker, which deepened my understanding of people and relationships and taught me a lot about myself too.
Professionally, I have spent my career in healthcare operations, leadership development, and organizational psychology, working closely with teams and individuals through moments of growth, change, and uncertainty. From building teams and strategy to supporting people through real-world challenges, I have seen firsthand how confidence, clarity, and the right support can completely change someone's trajectory.
As a coach, I create a space where you can be fully yourself, sort through the noise, and take practical steps toward where you want to go. The people I work with often look more than fine from the outside. They are capable, accomplished, the ones everyone else leans on. Some have quietly started to wonder whether the life they built is the one they actually want. Others are stepping into leading people for the first time, or reaching for the next role, and they want to do it well. If that is you, you do not have to sort through it alone.
